Dr. Francesco Girolamo is a Associate Professor and currently Department of Neurology and Developmental Neuroscience, Texas Children's Hospital, Baylor College of Medicine, Houston, Texas. Developed the pediatric stroke programme at Children's Hospital & Medical Center, Omaha, NE Implementing a standardized stroke protocol using evidence based guidelines for pediatric patients with acute stroke. Educating ED, floor and PICU staff and residents about early recognition and acute management of pediatric stroke. Developing a stroke follow-up clinic. Educating the community healthcare providers about pediatric stroke. This went live in 2/2018 with a goal to make CHMC a center of excellence for pediatric stroke management. Dr. Raffaele Pilla, Pharm.D., Ph.D, Doctor Europaeus, received his Master’s degree in Pharmacy at G. d’Annunzio University in Chieti-Pescara, Italy in 2005, where he also served internships at the Cell Physiology Laboratory and Molecular Biology Laboratory. Prior to his degree, he was an Erasmus Student at Faculté de Pharmacie de Reims in Reims, France. He received his Doctor Europaeus in 2010 from Pitié-Salpétrière Institute in Paris, France. Also in 2010, he received his Ph.D. in Biochemistry, Physiology, and Pathology of Muscle at G. d’Annunzio University in Chieti-Pescara, Italy. He was hired as a Postdoctoral Scholar in the Department of Pharmacology and Physiology at the University of South Florida in Tampa, on two research grants respectively funded by the Office of Naval Research (US Navy) and Divers’ Alert Network. He has written and lectured widely on his experiences. Dr. George Gregory Buttigieg is a prominent and senior personality in Maltese Obstetrics and Gynaecology at both clinical and academic levels. Although NHS retired, George still practices privately and his commitment to Academia has greatly increased to almost full-time. A founder member of the Maltese College of Obstetrics and Gynaecology in Malta, he has also sat on innumerable important boards, including the Malta Medical Council, the Chair of the RCOG overseas committee of Malta, the European Boards of Obstetrics and Gynaecology and numerous others. Dr. Carlos Valencia MD, PhD, received his initial medical degree from University of Guayaquil, Ecuador, followed by a neurological specialty at the same University with subsequent subspecialty fellowship training in Stroke and epilepsy at Autonoma University and Sant Pau Hospital of Barcelona. He received PhD in spectroscopy in white matter diseases from Autonoma University of Barcelona. Then, he received his second specialty in Neurosurgery at University of Barcelona after a training of five years. He worked as Neurologist and Neurosurgeon in several Spanish hospitals. Currently, he is working as Director of Interdisciplinary Epilepsy Program, Director of Research Department at Baca Ortiz Children´s Hospital and Professor of Research and Neuroanatomy at the School of Medicine, International University of Ecuador. Dr. Shiyuan Jing, I received the bachelor degree in clinical medicine from Shandong First Medical University, Taian,China in 2005. I received the Master degree in surgery in 2008 and the Doctor of Medicine in neurosurgery from Hebei medical University, Shi jia zhuang,China in 2018. Currently,I am doing postdoctoral research in Sanbo Brain Hospital,Capital Medical University, Beijing, China.

Bachelor and Master in Clinical and Health Psychology at Aveiro University (Portugal) and internship in Coimbra Hospital University Centre (e.g., Intervention in Sleep Disorders and Pain Disorders).
